Global warming and human rights: perspectives of Inuit and other vulnerable peoples
In 2005 Sheila Watt Cloutier and 62 other Inuit filed a petition
against the US with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. The
Commission held a hearing March 2007. Other vulnerable communities are
now considering similar action. This event will discuss such options
and strategies
