EPA releases ANPR on greenhouse gas regulation
On July 11th, the EPA released an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding regulating greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act, inviting months of further comment on possible regulations as response to the Supreme Court ruling on the matter from April 2007.
